PUTTING STUDENTS FIRST

Citizens for Carlisle Schools

Winston Cleland | The Sentinel

These candidates are completely apolitical, they put students first and support the initiatives that the administration is presently undertaking, including more students opportunities to succeed.
This letter to the editor of the Carlisle Sentinel is to express my strong support for the school board candidates listed below. The candidates I strongly support are:
Ann Lauritzen: She is a resident of Dickinson Township and is an Army veteran.
Amanda Rudy: She is the spouse of a retired military veteran, an elementary PTO volunteer and preschool commission member at St John’s Episcopal Church.
Sue Bower: She is the spouse of a military retiree, a resident of North Middleton Township, a special education champion and parent advocate.
Stephen Brousse: Dad, elementary PTO volunteer, youth sports coach, civil engineer and small business owner. I also worked with his father, Bill Brousse, when he was a principal at West Perry and Carlisle.
These candidates are completely apolitical, they put students first and support the initiatives that the administration is presently undertaking, including more students opportunities to succeed. I know that the Carlisle School District has great teachers.
Winston E. Cleland
Retired West Perry School District superintendent and former assistant superintendent at Carlisle
